How do I get started?

It starts with a free discovery call where we’ll discuss your needs and see where we can support you best. Most times we’re a fit, sometimes we’re not. We’ll talk through everything and help you decide. It’s part of our boutique approach.

Do I have to sign a contract?

Yes, but nothing long-term. Our virtual assistant services are on a month-to-month basis and you can cancel at any time. We do recommend that you use all of your hours and give us 30 days' notice prior to ending the contract as once the plan is purchased there are no refunds on unused hours.

Can I change my plan?

Yes. If your needs change you can scale your packages up or down each month, and your hours will rollover for any plan over 10 hours.

Can I share my virtual assistant with other team members?

Yes, your virtual assistant can also support other members of your team without any increased rates. The hours used for each team member will go towards the plan you purchased.

What happens if I don’t use all my hours in a month?


Except for the 10 hour plan, all other packages will roll over until used (within 6 months). You have the ability to purchase a larger plan to receive the discounted rate and allow those hours to roll over until used

How do I know what my VA is doing?

Our virtual assistants use time tracking software and send you a report showing how many hours were used and what was done in that time. These hours will be calculated against the package you purchased and you'll be alerted when you're nearing the end of your package.

Can my Virtual Assistant work on holidays, weekends, or after-hours?
